Easter

We participated in our first official Easter Egg Hunt this year. We went to the CRCC hunt the day before Easter. It was a lot of fun! It was cold out so we had to bundle up...

Viv was totally into it and caught on to picking up eggs quickly...

She got a basket full! 

I think she had more fun opening the eggs and discovering what was inside. She could have cared less about the candy...she had more fun shaking the eggs and then opening them up. 

She wasn't too thrilled with the bunny at first...but warmed up after she figured she wasn't going to have to sit on his lap. She followed him around and wanted to put her treats she found in her eggs into his basket...instead of taking candy from him.

We made it to church Easter Sunday and then went to brunch at CRCC with GG Streeper and GG Hein. We were all recovering from some respiratory crud so it was nice to get out of the house!
